Allison Weiss: I'm a little behind schedule on figuring out that teaching is my passion, but better late than never, right? I went to the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and earned my BS in Health Science. Then I went to West Chester University where I earned my Early Grades (PK-4) Teaching Certification. I am currently enrolled in a Special Education (K-8) Certification Progam at Cabrini College, where I will continue on to earn my Masters in Special Education. On the work front, I have been day-to-day substitute teaching since completing my program at WCU. Most recently, I am a building sub at an elementary school. I really enjoy seeing the same students and being able to work with the same great staff every day. I look forward to finding a full time position, as I am certain this is the field for me!
